Working on a construction project does not merely focus on the act of building the actual establishment or infrastructure the project requires. It also requires you to supervise how construction materials are selected, acquired and stored for residential and commercial building and construction projects.
Being responsible for the selection, procurement and storage of construction materials for building and construction projects requires you to have the competent knowledge of relevant building and construction materials and technologies and the impacts of the environment on the construction materials. Additionally, you should also be familiar with the entities and associations that regulate the knowledge of National Construction Code (NCC) requirements, and the contract and service specifications to ensure that materials are compliant.
