Here at UP, Keypay is the platform we use for our payroll needs. It is a simple to use cloud-based system which can be accessed from both your computer or mobile. Following is some information and a few short videos to help get you started.
Logging in
Follow this link to take you to the login page. Shortly after starting, you will be provided with login details to access the portal.
Employee Dashboard
When you log in, the Home page where you land is your personal Employee Dashboard page.
Here you will be able to access your payslips, see an overview of Leave Balances, and a calendar of upcoming leave, public holidays, and most importantly next payday.
There is also a menu list on the left panel. This consists of:

The employee portal is self service, which means you don't need to complete any paperwork to update your address, bank details or contact details. This quick video shows you the simple steps to update your details as needed.
