Understanding the journey a customer takes from hearing about your business for the first time, to actually buying from you, can help you target more buyers in the future. Today we’re going to talk about the “buyer’s journey”, how it relates to your marketing funnel, and how it can help you create a strategy for an effective marketing campaign.

For your practical today, we want you to set up a Buyer’s Journey Map for your campaign, listing the various elements. You can either make it realistic, or use your imagination to build your dream campaign. 

To set up your Map, you can use the Buyers Journey Mapping Tool (you may need to create an account), or any other application where you can create a similar “map”.
