You need to take an hour today to think about what is something you know how to do, that you can teach the other students in this course.
It needs to be something that can be learned remotely and learned in less than an hour.
You will need to design and write down your teaching plan i.e identify what it is you will be teaching or sharing, what is it about that thing that makes it unique, and then map out all the exact steps it would take to show someone how it is done, then take them through it, then allow them to do it themselves.
You will record yourself delivering this via your slack or zoom or google hangouts, loom – however you connect digitally.
Then you will be in the position of teina, for the other members of your group, and as a learner, take notes and do your best to pick up what your colleague is teaching you but also take notes on how they taught you.
Then discuss in the forum how it felt to teach but also to learn.
And the final question for this exercise is: what can you be taught by the others in this course?
