A Business Activity Statement (BAS) is a form that a business submits to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) to report on its tax liabilities. All businesses that are registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) need to lodge a BAS. The ATO will send a BAS form to your business if it needs to lodge one.
