This is the first module in the programme. It’s called Business Administration Fundamentals.

The module has been created to:

  1. introduce you to the role of the professional administrator
  2. provide you with the knowledge and skills to perform fundamental administrative tasks.

By the end of this module, you will be able to apply the knowledge you have built up during this module to provide core administration services in an office environment.

Time to complete this module

This module is worth 15 Credits, which is roughly equivalent to 150 hours of learning. For some people it will take a little less time and for others it may take a little longer.  Learning time includes reading, watching videos, completing learning activities, processing ideas, discussing what you’re learning with others, and completing the assessments.

You should aim to complete this module in roughly:

  • Full-time learners: 4 weeks
  • Part-time learners: 8 weeks.

  2. Click the Create account button near the bottom right and choose “For my personal use”

You can save the guidance and articles provided, for future reference, by downloading, taking screenshots, printing, or bookmarking the webpage. How-to videos can be saved to your own playlist on YouTube.
