Within each of the programmes in Yoobee Online, the first module is Orientation. Please ensure you read this module to see the information given to our students. It's important you know what is in this Orientation so that you can direct students back to the space to find the answers to their questions.

Students should submit a Time Capsule document at the end of the Orientation module, to give a snapshot of how they are feeling before starting their programme. Take some time to review their submission as they might have questions that you can answer in the first week. By responding to their questions, you have started the first connection.

The Time Capsule exercise is also an opportunity to ensure students have engaged with the Orientation module.

__________

The Yoobee Student Handbook is supplied to all Yoobee students at the start of their programmes and is available for them to download in their Orientation module in their online progamme.

All Yoobee staff should read the handbook, as it contains relevant and important information pertaining to Yoobee students.
