Reflect and Connect Goal Setting

Lessons from the Induction module

Review your Reflect and Connect 1-3 documents as well as the last sections of the Induction. These will help you do the goal setting project.
Write your answers in a word document and submit to your Team Leader. It does not have to be academic writing, or even formal.
Your project does not even have to be all paragraphs, use diagrams, images, flowcharts, pictures, self-recordings, anything that communicates the lessons that you have learnt through doing this induction.  

Project 

• What are three (or more) areas where, when reflecting, you extended your knowledge? What points extended your knowledge, and why did these points stick in your head? 
• What are three (or more) action points or plans that you have now, looking into future practice? How will you achieve these goals? Who will help you? What is a reasonable timeframe? What is the outcome that you could use to report to your Team Leader? 
   

There is a lot of information within this Induction and it is clear that it is to be used more as a resource rather than a “done and dusted” module. Where would you like further development in your knowledge for further practice?
