SUBJECT OVERVIEW

On completion of this module, students will have a good understanding of components of customer service and will be able to apply these to the tourism workplace. Students will also learn about the specific needs of customers and how workplaces cater for these by assessing and evaluating actual tourism workplaces.

  • TTAI Customer Service for those with Specific Needs
    • Workplace assessment
    • Assessment code: TTAI Specific Needs
